Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 349 on all orders across Pakistan.
Free Shipping
All orders with a total value of PKR 4,000 or above qualify for Free Shipping anywhere in Pakistan.
Order Processing Time
Every order goes through a preparation and quality-check process before shipment.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after they are placed.
- Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, it is usually delivered within 2–3 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability.
Order Updates & Tracking
All order updates, including order confirmation, shipping status, and tracking details, are shared with customers directly through WhatsApp to keep the delivery process simple and convenient.
