Exchange Policy
At Revorn, we aim to deliver premium men’s essentials that meet your expectations. However, if the size doesn’t fit or the product isn't quite right, we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
We currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted for eligible products only.
Exchange Eligibility Criteria
You may request an exchange if the following conditions are met:
• The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• The exchange request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
• The product was not purchased on clearance or discounted promotion
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Repack the Item
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging or a safe alternative to avoid any damage during transit.
Step 2: Send the Package
Ship the item to our exchange center using a courier service with tracking.
(Our return address will be provided once the request is confirmed.)
Once the item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Important Notes
• No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Items purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
• Damaged, used, or stained items will not be accepted.
• The cost of sending the item back is to be covered by the customer.
• Revorn reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
